Registered Rhode Island voters who have not requested a mail-in ballot can cast their votes before the general election this year, between Wednesday, Oct. 14 and Monday, Nov. 2. In North Smithfield, ballots can be cast at 83 Greene St. during normal business hours Monday through Wednesday from 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; Thursdays from 8 a.m.–7 p.m.; and Fridays from 8 a.m. to noon.
