NORTH SMITHFIELD – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify an individual who broke the glass window and door of a business in Slatersville Plaza Tuesday night.
According to police, the incident took place around 11:35 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, when a white male wearing a bright green ski mask and a jacket with the word “Winchester” on the front struck the front of the Vape Shop & Glass Gallery at 900 Victory Highway.
Security footage from the incident shows an individual walking up to the business and looking around before hitting the glass twice with what appears to be a hammer with a red handle. The man pauses, hits the glass twice more, and then walks away in the direction of Walgreen’s.
