The LeClair Kozlik Logan Bassett VFW Post 6342 will hold its annual Memorial Day Parade starting at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 26. The parade will feature the North Smithfield High School band, police and fire departments, Boy Scout troops, town officials, and veterans. The parade will proceed from Brigidos Market down North Main Street to the Memorial Town Building, where VFW officials will conduct a Memorial ceremony at 11 a.m. The parade will then continue down School Street and end at the pavilion behind Lindy’s Tavern at
98 School St. Following the parade, the VFW will offer a free collation at the pavilion.
