BURRILLVILLE – National Child Passenger Safety Month ends this week. Buckleupallofus wants to remind kids and families about the importance of wearing seatbelts and properly securing toddlers and infants in rear-facing car seats installed in vehicle backseats, especially during a focus month designated by the US Department of Transportation and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This annual focus month helps raise awareness and educate families about buckle up safety for children.
Buckleupallofus Child Passenger Safety Campaign USA has been presented with many awards, honors, certificates of appreciation, letters of support and even citizen service medals over recent years. This popular kids safety campaign is featured in newspapers and magazines published this September, as well as during September months in the past.
The classic car show season is winding down this month as automotive events taking place across the state and region become more sporadic in the month of October. Plenty of touch-a-truck and Halloween-themed car shows will be happening over the next four weeks. Some weekly cruise nights are hosting end-of-season car shows on weekends in October as well.
