BURRILLVILLE –With the recent start of the Winter Olympics and the fact that we currently have plenty of snow on the ground, it’s a great time to remind kids about ski and snowboarding safety with the popular Codey’s Snow Safety Crew cartoon characters, having a blast in the snow.
Ski and snowboarding collisions are avoidable on ski slopes. A great rule of thumb is to always look uphill to see if anyone is headed your way. Before starting downhill or merging onto a trail, always look uphill and yield to anyone else already enjoying the snow on skis and snowboards.
