The North Smithfield Heritage Association will host a driving tour of Waterford Village on Saturday, Feb. 21 starting at 9:30 a.m. The tour will include the Mammoth Mills Ruins, Blackstone Canal, Waterford Railroad Station, Tupper Mill, Hydro-Electric Plant, Covered Bridge Site, St. Paul’s Church, Waterford School, Railroad Fountain and Coblin Rock. Participants will meet at the Fire House Pizza parking lot on Great Roa.d
