Consumers buys land for new Clear River Drive location
BURRILLVILLE – A Woonsocket-based fuel company is moving forward with plans to build a new storage facility in town with the purchase of a 9.75 acre lot on Clear River Drive.
Woonsocket Consumers Coal Inc. purchased the land from Roderic Timpany of Pascoag for $300,000. Timpany bought the currently vacant lot in 2009 for $280,000.
