To mark the 150th anniversary of the incorporation of the town, North Smithfield High School alumni are planning a combined class reunion for the classes of 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 and 1972. The 50+ reunion celebration will be held Saturday, Oct. 2, from 6 to 11 p.m., at the Village Haven Restaurant in Forestdale. Family style chicken will be served.
