This week’s Newshound, 3-year-old Bosco the Basset Hound, will celebrate his fourth birthday in April.
Another famous local dignitary of sorts, Bosco greets everyone that walks by him with a wag and a cry because he wants everyone’s attention, according to owner Jennifer Lafond of Slatersville.
“He has friends that drop by for a daily back rub or a treat and he greets all of his four-legged pals too,” said Lafond. “He’s a love bug and is friendly to everyone.”
Bosco has been part of the family since August of 2019, when Lafond and her sister-in-law took a road trip to Indiana to pick him up.
