Burrillville Farmer’s Market, Stillwater Mill pavilion, 75 Tinkham Lane, Harrisville, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Shop with local food vendors and artisans, enjoy live entertainment and more at the weekly markets, set to take place rain or shine every Saturday through September 30.

Ice Cream Social, The Hen House, 1189 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, noon- 3 p.m. Ice creams will cost $6 per person and come with choices of a variety of toppings

Create Your Own Beach Painting, The Art of You, 73 Eddie Dowling Highway, North Smithfield, 1-2:30 p.m. Drop in class $10 per child and $15 per adult. All skill levels welcomed
