Pascoag Utility District and the town of Burrillville’s Parks and Recreation Department will host the town’s 15th annual Green Festival on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stillwater Mill Center at 100 Tinkham Lane. The free event will feature reusable bags packed with information and goodies for the first 400 attendees, and crafts and activities for children, and is chance to learn about local products and ideas that will help conserve energy and create a more sustainable lifestyle
