Northern RI – Rain, rain go away!
It’s a wet start to the weekend northern Rhode Island, and some events, such as the planned last show of the season at The Island in North Smithfield, have inevitably been cancelled.
But it’s far from a complete wash – and this weekend, our tri-town community is absolutely jam-packed with unique events and fun things to do.
Mud Dodgeball in North Smithfield will take place on Saturday rain or shine with organizers noting that the rain could actually make the event more fun. And skies are set to clear just in time for the Fountain Square Fall Splash, starting at 4 p.m.
The Artisan Fair at the Beef Barn has been moved to Sunday, another day full of events from Comics & Brews at Bravo Brewing Company in Pascoag to free hayrides at Goodwin Brothers Farm.
Just to be certain outdoor events still a, “go,” we recommend you check with the individual venues before you leave the house.
