Xpress supports The Tomorrow Fund

The Xpress Football & Cheer program presented a $1,200 donation, along with more than 150 boxes of child character band aids to The Tomorrow Fund at their game on Sunday, Oct. 8.

“This organization does a really amazing job focusing on these kids and their families that are going through very emotional and difficult times,” said Coordinator Gino Olaes. “Xpress Football and Cheer Board of Directors wanted to bring attention to this organization as we are a youth program and can relate to families going though difficult times, and wanted to make sure our kids were learning to do the right things both on and off the field. This effort hopefully will further our mission to teach life lessons to our players and develop them into becoming a productive part of society.”

Olaes thanked Xpress families for their generosity, as well as West Warwick Steelers organization and the North Kingstown Jaguars Youth Football & Cheerleading program for taking part in the fundraiser.
