Food pantry needs beans

The North Smithfield Food Pantry has announced that pick-up dates will be held on Saturdays, Dec. 16, 23 and 30 ay 10 a.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 19 at 5:30 p.m. The Food Pantry is for North Smithfield residents and you must have a photo ID and a bill that confirms your address. It is located at the Slatersville Congregational Church UCC on the Common.

For the month of December, the pantry is seeking donations of beans, tuna and pasta.
