WARWICK — A North Smithfield man who police say drove through around a dozen sections of wood fencing at a 126-acre park was arrested in Warwick.
Cody O’Brien, 25, was charged with one count of vandalism following his arrest by Warwick police on Thursday, Feb. 29.
According to police, O’Brien drove a vehicle through Warwick City Park around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, damaging several fields, wood fencing and a soccer net. He was arrested following an investigation, according to reports.
