Often times, we fail to give recognition to those who give back and support programs they have been part of, but more importantly the community they belong to. Although we have so many boys and girls that go through our program and become a productive part of society, it is important to recognize those who never forget their roots. Jamison Jarvis is a great example of this. Although Jamison is a young man, his impact is already being felt, and we are excited to see what this young man will do in the future.
Jarvis, one of Xpress Football & Cheer’s very own, is giving back to an organization and a community that taught him brotherhood and discipline during his time with the program, helping to mold him into the man he is today.
In 2023, Jarvis created the first ever Xpress Football & Cheer Hardship Fund. This fund ensures no child is left out, regardless of their family’s socioeconomic status. This fund helps to cover the cost of registration or equipment for families who cannot afford it or who may just need a little help.
Through this amazing act of kindness and the want to give back to his program and his community, this fund has already helped over 20 families, and has allowed for these children to become part of the Xpress family.
On behalf of the Xpress family, I would like to publicly thank and recognize Jamison. We are proud of you and all you will accomplish in the future.
One Team, One Family, One Community.
Sincerely,.
Gino Olaes
