BURRILLVILLE – Just on the heels of an announcement that a $10,000 winning Mega Millions ticket sold in Harrisiville is soon set to expire, the Rhode Island Lottery said on Monday that someone who purchased a Wild Money ticket at another establishment in the village has won the third largest jackpot in that game’s history.
The winning ticket was purchased from Western Hotel at 610 Douglas Pike on Friday, July 12. The winning numbers were 4, 6, 18, 22 and 32, with an extra ball of 9.
The ticket was claimed by a Lincoln man late on Monday.
A list of all Wild Money winning numbers can be found on the Rhode Island Lottery website.
Tonight’s estimated Wild Money jackpot is $22,000. Tickets can be purchased until 6:50 p.m. each night for $1, and the drawing airs nightly at 7:29 p.m.
Editor’s note: The above article has been edited to reflect that the ticket has been claimed.
Nobody outside of Burrillville knows about our villages. Use the proper zip code and it will come up Glendale.
That’s Nasonville, not Harrisville.
The press release said Harrisville but I also thought Nasonville at first, so I checked the restaurant’s website and it even says Harrisville!
I think that happens because the mail delivery is from Harrisville Post Office. I live in Glendale and but my address is Harrisville also.
