Office closed
Stillwater Primary Care is notifying patients that the office was ordered this week to close immediately. The business has been under legal receivership since the beginning of 2024 and is now no longer seeing patients, noting that all current patients will need to find a new primary care provider.
The office will still be able to refill prescriptions and send referrals through Tuesday, Sept. 3 but will not have consistent access to their phones. Patients are advised to contact the office via a MyChart message, have their pharmacy request a refill or email [email protected]. Once a patient has a new primary care provider, that office can contact court-appointed Receiver Stephen Del Sesto at [email protected] to arrange for transfer of electronic patient records.
