GLOCESTER – Police recovered stolen vehicles from a storage unit in Glocester last week as part of a large scale investigation by the West Warwick Police Department that led to dozens of gun and drug charges for two suspects.

Three West Warwick storage units were searched on Friday, August 9, resulting in five counts for Rivera of possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a crime of violence; possession of a ghost gun; possession of a stolen firearm; possession of a firearm with altered identification marks; possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation; and possession of a large capacity magazine, along with an additional narcotics charge.
In Glocester, a search warrant at a rental unit/garage was executed on Wednesday, August 21, resulting in seizure of a large landscape dump truck that was stolen out of Massachusetts, and a large towable mobile home stolen out of New York. Rivera was additionally charged by the Glocester Police Department with two counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
