BURRILLVILLE – It’s September folks, and that means all of the kids are returning to school.
Kids should always be careful at bus stops while waiting for school buses to arrive in the morning. This week’s Sunday feature coloring cartoon depicts the very popular Bus Stop Kids cartoon characters reminding children about the importance of waiting for the school bus to come to a complete stop before crossing the streets. This Seasons Of Safety coloring cartoon was submitted to area libraries across the state for copying and placement inside their children’s rooms, reminding kids about their safety. The Woonsocket library has just made plenty of copies for children visiting their library this weekend and upcoming weeks in an effort to keep kids safer across the city. Art museums across the state have received this Bus Stop Kids coloring cartoon and the Warwick Museum of Art is making them available to kids in that city.
Over the upcoming weeks, there will be a variety of these important bus stop and school bus safety coloring cartoons for the kids to color in at home or in their library and classroom.
