BURRILLVILLE – The Rhode Island State Police arrested five suspects in drug busts involving fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana and other controlled substances on Thursday, Oct. 24, including one man from Burrillville.
Miguel Mendez, 33, of 1254 Victory Highway was charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver 1 oz. – 1 kilo fentanyl; one count of possession with the intent to deliver cocaine; and controlled substance conspiracy. Mendez was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and arraigned in Sixth District Court.
Also arrested were Thoeniz Oun, 34, of Cranston; Domenico Deluca, 23, of Cranston; Adonys Reyes, 23, of Providence; and Ario Pallante, 24, of Seekonk, Mass.
Members of the state police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force made the arrests, according to a release.
Mendez was held without bail and is due back in court on Friday, Jan. 24.
