Slatersville Congregational Church at 25 Green St. will host three special public screenings of episodes from the documentary series Slatersville, America’s First Mill Village in January. On Friday, Jan. 17 the church will show episode 6 They Will All Be My Friends. Episode 7, The War Years, will screen on Friday, Jan. 24, and episode 8, The Power of Nostalgia will be played on Friday, Jan. 31.
Doors will open at all events at 7 p.m. with showings at 7:30 p.m. and will be followed by a filmmaker panel Q & A. A free will offering will be accepted at the door. Learn more at firstmillvillage.com.
