BURRILLVILLE – It’s February folks. It’s also Buckleupallofus Cross Your Heart Month. Every February, over the previous couple of years, Buckleupallofus has been reminding everyone to “cross your heart with your seatbelt … somebody loves you!”

Love is in the air with Valentine’s Day upon us and what better way is there to show that you love and care about someone? Remind them to buckle up for safety. Kids 12-years-old and younger should be properly restrained in backseats. Infants and toddlers should be properly restrained in rear-facing car seats. Never place a child in the front seat. It’s not safe.

Throughout the month of February, a different buckle up safety coloring cartoon and article with appear each week on this Sunday feature, reminding everyone to be safer while driving and riding in vehicles. Please share the message: Buckleupallofus, everyone.

Cross your heart with your seatbelt. Somebody loves you!
