The Glocester Police Department is notifying residents the blasting is scheduled to occur at Vinagro’s 812 Putnam Pike job site on Tuesday, August 5 between 1 and 3 p.m.

Movie night
Glocester Manton Public Library at 1137 Putnam Pike will host a family movie night on Tuesday, August 5, with showings of Minecraft at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. Snacks and pizza will be provided at the all-ages family-friendly event, with registration required here.
Tax sale
The town of Glocester will hold a tax sale on Thursday, August 7 starting at 10 a.m. The sale will be held in a new location in the Town Council chambers of Town Hall at 1145 Putnam Pike.
Summer party
Glocester Manton Public Library at 1137 Putnam Pike will host a Summer Party on Friday, August 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. Children of all ages are invited to enjoy ice cream, games, snacks, crafts and a petting zoo.
New location
Town-based dog grooming business Paw Parazzi has officially moved from its location of eight years at 12 Money Hill Road to a new space at 1195 Putnam Pike. Stop by to see the new and improved business in the Agean Plaza, which opened this week.
