GLOCESTER – A man from Chepachet was among several across the state to win large prizes over the weekend according to a release this week from the Rhode Island Lottery.
The man – who reportedly told lottery officials he plans to pay off debt with the funds – won $25,000 playing the e-Instant game, The Wild Life Clusters.
Two prizes remain unclaimed, meanwhile, in the state’s Wild Money jackpot game. Lotto officials note that a $150,000 Powerball Power Play ticket was sold at Twin River Mini Mart at 151 Douglas Pike in Smithfield, and an $89,385 Wild Money jackpot ticket was sold at Quality Fuel at 873 Cranston St. in Cranston.
