The town of North Smithfield’s annual tree lighting will take place on Sunday, Dec. 7 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the gazebo at Town Hall at 83 Green St. The event will include a visit from Santa, and will be followed by crafts, cookies, hot chocolate and a photo opportunity inside Town Hall.
