Coffee drop in
Town officials will host drop-in style coffee hours today, Tuesday, Dec. 3 with information about the Chepachet Village Septic Improvement Program. Attendees will have the chance to hear more about the program in an informal setting, ask questions or file a statement of interest form. Coffee hours will be held in Room 6 at Glocester Town Hall at 1145 Putnam Pike from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Harry Potter Bingo
Harmony Library at 195 Putnam Pike will host Harry Potter Bingo on Tuesday, Jan. 7 with candy and prizes for children ages five and up, starting at 5 p.m. Registration is required by calling the library at (401) 949-2850.

Meeting schedules
The Glocester School Committee have approved schedules of meeting dates for 2025. The committee will meet in the library of Ponaganset High School at 137 Anan Wade Road starting at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month unless otherwise listed on the calendar found here. The gatherings are followed by a meeting of the Foster-Glocester Regional School Committee at 7 p.m.
Pantry needs
Grace’s Food Pantry at Glad Tidings Community Church is seeking food donations to help local families in need. Items needed include cereal, pancake mix, syrup, peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit, snacks, pasta, rice, pasta sauce, soup, macaroni & cheese, tuna and frozen meals. Donations can be left by the entrance of the church at 111 Victory Highway.
